    • We can connect with you on any major video platform you prefer, including Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.

  • How far in advance should I request an interpreter?

    • While there's no minimum notice period, we recommend booking your interpreter as early as possible to ensure availability.

Service and Payment:

  • Who is responsible for paying for the interpreter?

    • In most cases, the business or organization requesting the service covers the interpreter's fee.

  • Why do interpreters work in teams?

    • Our interpreters work in teams for two reasons: occupational safety (preventing burnout) and quality assurance (ensuring seamless interpretation).

  • How much does an interpreter cost?

    • Interpreter rates vary based on factors like location and the type of interpreting service needed. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

  • Will I receive an invoice?

    • Yes, we establish an agreement beforehand and send an invoice to the organization upon service completion.

  • Do you accept credit card payments?

    • Yes, we accept credit cards. However, for some appointments, it may be the only accepted form of payment due to processing limitations.

  • When can I expect the invoice?

    • You can expect to receive your invoice within the following week unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept checks, credit cards, and direct deposit (ACH).

  • Which payment method do you prefer?

    • We prefer checks or direct deposit (ACH) due to lower processing fees. Credit cards are still accepted, but they are our third choice.

  • Can I request a specific interpreter?

    • Yes, you can absolutely request a specific interpreter based on availability.

  • Can I provide anonymous feedback about an interpreter?

    • Yes, you can submit anonymous feedback about an interpreter's performance.

  • Do you welcome feedback about interpreters?

    • We highly value your feedback! It helps us ensure our interpreters consistently deliver exceptional service.
